Proximity technology allows for the creation of a virtual, wireless net in the hotel, with all the advantages of an on-line system and the low cost of a standalone system. It means total integration of systems and, due to the updater, it includes access control and management/ monitoring of the activities of the staff: access and task assignment, attendance control (who, when and where) from reception to the back office.
